Marriage License Application This online marriage license application allows couples to enter most of their information before coming to the Court. By starting the process online, it helps to expedite the process. All applicants are still required by law to appear in the Greene County Probate Court to finalize the application and obtain the actual marriage license. When filling out this application online, please pay specific attention to the following: • Always use full names – no initials • When filling out your parents’ names, be sure to list your “legal parents,” the parents who are on your most recent birth certificate.
