Garmin Topo France V3

Thank you for your help, I have a serious problem (I guess) I bought TOPO france Pro 3 (new), installed the CD (adviced standard way), put the SD-card in the etrex30, connected this to the computer through USB. Basecamp (or the installation cd, I dont rember exactly) prompted to unlock ('ontgrendelen' in Dutch) the map online. Online the device was found (had to download the driver), it gave it's internal serial number, I gave the serial number of the device Etrex30 and the productcode of the map. I pushed the left button: 'ontgrendel kaart' unlock map. Cisco Anyconnect Msi Silent Install there. This did not result in activation of the map on the device or on basemap, in both it is locked. I tried again, but it was indicated that the map was allready activated on a device. And, in 'My Garmin' 'my maps' it is indicated that the map is activated - somewhere.
